I hold a masters degree in clinical psychology from North-West university.
I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as an Independent Practitioner in Clinical Psychology.
Psychology is not just my job but my vocation. I have a passion for the transformation which can occur within a therapeutic setting. Psychotherapy is about having a deep, respectful and genuine contact between the client and therapist and I endeavor to create this space for each of my clients.
I found my passion for psychology after emigrating to Sydney Australia. I joined a psychotherapy process group as well as individual therapy. It was through my own transformation that I recognised the power of therapy and the importance of a therapeutic relationship. After returning to South Africa I obtained my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychological Counselling and Honours Degree in Psychology. I further completed my masters degree in Clinical Psychology.
